How do I book a ride?
Use the booking form, enter your pickup, destination, date and time, then submit the request. You will receive confirmation after a driver accepts it.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking while it is still pending from your dashboard. Cancellation rules may vary after a driver has been dispatched.
What is included with airport transfers?
Airport transfers include meet and greet, flight tracking and waiting time according to the service terms shown during booking.
How do I pay?
Choose an available payment option during checkout. The payment methods shown depend on the route and service.
Which countries do you operate in?
GetRide24 currently serves routes in Pakistan and Switzerland.
